Rita Reynolds 

Rita Reynolds is the CEO and founder of Reynolds Litigation Finance Inc. and a seasoned executive in litigation funding.  With over 35+ years of experience, including 20 directly related to legal finance, Rita is a highly regarded leader in the industry who has personally originated hundreds of millions in financing for plaintiff contingency fee attorneys.

Rita’s entrepreneurial success is a testament to her tireless dedication to her client’s unique financial needs. Working outside of large hedge funds and finance companies allows Rita to thoroughly commit to each firm she takes on. Possessing comprehensive knowledge of consultative selling and strategic planning, Rita continually advocates for the most competitive rates and terms on the market, assuring her client’s that they are receiving the maximum funding required at the lowest possible costs.

Over the course of her career, the financing and structures that Rita has secured for law firms has resulted in more than a billion in verdicts, settlements, and medical and plaintiff funding. In addition to legal finance, Rita has extensive experience in sales and business development, as well as initiating and establishing relationships with key decision makers in target markets. She frequently provides networking services for personal injury law firms interested in co-counselling opportunities involving various types of contingency-based cases. 

Outside of the industry, Rita has donated her time and raised funds for numerous worthy causes. Rita co-founded the professional hockey team, The Knoxville Ice Bears, and was the only female owner and charter member of the Atlantic Coast Hockey League. She is also heavily involved in local homeless shelters, animal rescue centers, and in organizations that fight against parental alienation.

Rita began her career studying Public Relations at Auburn University. Growing up among a family of lawyers, Rita worked as a paralegal and began selling legal and tax treaties for multiple companies now known as LexisNexis. Initially entering the litigation funding industry as a Regional Account Manager for a financial service firm in Tennessee, Rita quickly rose through the ranks to found Reynolds Litigation Finance in 2016.

Among all of her exceptional achievements, Rita’s greatest accomplishment to date, and the love of her life, is her son Charlie. “I am the luckiest Mom in the universe. Everything I do is for him.” She also is preparing for her fourth (but definitely not her last) Masters course with Porsche Driving Experience.

  
Brooke Miramon

Brooke Miramon is the Vice President of Business Development for Reynolds Litigation Finance, INC, and a rising star in the industry of litigation funding. Known for her versatile networking tactics, Brooke consistently drives growth within the company by building valuable relationships with law firms and prospective investors nationwide. 

 Brooke’s natural abilities to connect and communicate with her clients are the pillars behind her success. As a powerful advocate for the law firms she serves, Brooke navigates the market for the best loans and lowest interest rates to fit the needs of plaintiff contingency fee cases. She is instrumental in seeking out new networking opportunities, with hedge funds and large finance companies, to provide her clients with the most competitive financing options available in their areas of law. 

Well versed in world travel, Brooke thrives off of working with individuals and businesses from diverse backgrounds. Brooke’s experience as a flight attendant has taken her to over 27 countries-- across Europe, South America, Africa, and the Middle East-- and to almost every state in America. She has encountered people of all nationalities at their highest and lowest stages in life but has never lost her passion for meeting others and learning about their stories.

Outside of the firm, Brooke has dedicated her time to several different charities and organizations. She has volunteered for Toys for TotsRelay for Life, Habitat for Humanity, and Festival International. Most recently, Brooke volunteered for Ronald McDonald House, where she helps support families who have children in the hospital by cooking meals and cleaning, in addition to raising funds to support the organization. 

Brooke graduated from the University of Louisiana in 2016 with a B.S. in Business, Hospitality Management, and a minor in International Business. She was an active member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and currently serves as a Finance Chapter Advisor and member of Epsilon Rho. Growing up in a family of lawyers, Brooke began her career in legal financing after attending an inspirational seminar in 2016. Brooke joined the team at Reynolds Litigation Finance in 2019, succeeding in her goal to find an honest firm with good morals to match her southern values.

In her personal life, Brooke is a self-proclaimed Aviation Geek, foodie, and animal lover. Originating from Mandeville, Louisiana, Brooke currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada, with her Yorkie, Poo-Zoey, when she is not jet-setting around the world. She is the youngest of five siblings and is confident in her ability to proactively handle any challenge thrown her direction.
